9+ Trendy Beetlejuice Nails That Are Perfectly Spooky

Okay so dont even act surprised but Ive been completely obsessed with Beetlejuice nails lately and yes I know the movies old but with the new one out its having a major moment and Im fully here for it?? Like I grew up watching the original on repeat (it was my go-to when I was home sick from school) and those black and white stripes with pops of green and purple just scream Halloween but make it fashion. Ive been doing Beetlejuice nails every October for the past few years but this time I went all out and my nail tech is basically a genius for putting up with my very specific references lol.

Beetlejuice nails are basically Halloween on your fingers but chic enough to wear all month.

I obviously spent way too much time on Pinterest (shocker) saving every single Beetlejuice nail design that gave me that perfect spooky vibe.

Also quick stories because I cant help myself: I wore the classic striped ones to a Halloween party last year and my friend who dressed as Beetlejuice himself literally screamed when he saw them and made me pose for like twenty photos together. Another time I had the green slime drip ones when I went to see the new movie on opening weekend and the girl sitting next to me in the theater grabbed my hand during the previews to ask where I got them done which was equal parts flattering and awkward in the dark. And yes I did feel like the coolest person in the room both times.

9 Beetlejuice Nails That Are Perfectly Spooky

Black and White Striped Beetlejuice Nails

This is the classic Beetlejuice nail that everyone recognizes instantly. The black and white stripes are so iconic and look amazing on any nail length. I got these done every Halloween for years because theyre simple but make such a statement. People always know exactly what youre referencing and its the perfect conversation starter at parties.

Beetlejuice Nails with Green Slime Drips

Green slime drips are actual genius. These take the striped base and add that gross-but-cool slime effect thats so Beetlejuice. Perfect for when you want to be extra spooky.

Black Nails with White Vertical Beetlejuice Stripes

Vertical stripes instead of horizontal and suddenly its a whole different vibe.

Beetlejuice-Inspired Nails with Purple and Green Accents

Purple and green accents on the classic stripes are giving major Lydia energy. These are what I get when I want the full Beetlejuice color palette.

White Nails with Black Beetlejuice Line Art

Black line art on white base is such a cool twist.

Black Nails with Neon Green Beetlejuice Slime

Neon green slime on black is actual nightmare fuel in the best way.

Black and White Nails with Beetlejuice Face Art

Actual tiny Beetlejuice faces on accent nails?? Too good. These are what I get when I want to go all out.

Striped Beetlejuice Nails with Green Glitter Tips

Classic stripes with green glitter tips add just enough sparkle. These feel festive without being too over the top. Perfect transition from Halloween to holiday season if youre into that.

FAQ: Beetlejuice Nails Questions I Get Every Year

Are Beetlejuice nails only for Halloween?

Technically yes but I wear the simpler striped versions year round because theyre actually really chic. The full spooky ones with faces and slime I save for October but the black and white stripes work anytime.

Do Beetlejuice nails look good on short nails?

Yes absolutely! The stripes actually look cleaner on shorter nails. Longer nails can handle more details like faces or slime drips but short ones with simple stripes are just as cool.

How do you explain Beetlejuice nails to your nail tech?

I just show them pictures lol. Most of them know the movie especially around Halloween. The stripes are pretty straightforward and the green/purple accents are easy to add.

Can you do Beetlejuice nails yourself?

The basic stripes yes with striping tape! The more detailed ones with faces or perfect slime drips? Probably not unless youre really good at nail art. I tried once and it was a disaster so now I leave it to the pros.

So yeah thats my complete love letter to Beetlejuice nails in one very spooky post. If youre still doing basic Halloween nails youre honestly missing out these are iconic for a reason. Go say his name three times and book that appointment besties.
