Effortless Street Style

Look at her just casually existing and looking better than I do on my best days. I love how simple this is. It is just proof that a good pair of jeans and a perfectly tailored top is really all you need for running errands. Finding the perfect pair of straight leg jeans is literally my life’s mission right now.

I feel like I order ten pairs online and end up returning all of them because they never fit right on the waist! But when you find that magic pair, you hold onto them for dear life.

Okay this is exactly what I mean when I say her street style is top tier. You can tell she actually wears these clothes in her real life, it does not look like a stylist forced her into it just for the paparazzi. I need those sunglasses immediately. They frame her face so perfectly and give off that mysterious celebrity energy that we all kind of want when we are hungover on a Sunday morning grabbing bagels.

This whole aesthetic is giving me major inspiration for my fall wardrobe. Whenever I feel like I have nothing to wear, I look at collages like this. It really shows how you can mix and match neutral pieces to make so many different Natalie Portman outfits that look totally fresh every single time. I am definitely guilty of buying way too many trendy pieces that I wear exactly once, so seeing how she rewears her classic staples makes me want to be so much better about building a capsule wardrobe.

That Perfect Layered Look

Okay so this picture actually triggers me a little bit but in a good way. She looks so cute and romantic in the rain here. It makes me think of this one time I tried to look this cute during a downpour in New York City. I was wearing my absolute favorite suede booties and thought I was having a total movie moment holding my little black umbrella. Spoiler alert, a massive yellow cab drove right through a pothole and completely splashed me with dirty puddle water. My boots were instantly ruined and I had to walk into a nice restaurant looking like a drowned rat. My best friend literally could not stop laughing at me when I sat down.

I am definitely taking notes on the jacket situation here. Layering is literally everything when you live somewhere with unpredictable weather.

Chic Black Dresses & Cool Jackets

Um, wow. Just wow. The elegance is actually out of control here. This is why she is a Dior girl through and through because nobody wears a classic silhouette quite like her.

I am so insanely obsessed with this high-low mix. Throwing a casual denim jacket over a chic black dress is my ultimate go-to styling trick for literally any event. Actually, I wore an outfit exactly like this to a Hozier concert last summer with my friends. I had this gorgeous black silk slip dress on but didn’t want to look way too dressed up for a lawn seat, so I grabbed my oversized vintage Levi’s jacket and this chunky silver and turquoise ring that my auntie made for me. It was the absolute perfect look until I totally dropped a full plastic cup of beer right on my lap during the opening act. Thankfully black hides stains pretty well, but yeah, I definitely wasn’t looking as poised and put together as Natalie does right here.

A structured blazer over a dress is the ultimate cool girl move. It takes a look from basic to business chic in like two seconds flat. You just know she means business when she steps out in this.

Everyday Casual & Pretty Dresses

This is just so effortlessly cool. A graphic tee tucked into good pants is a formula that works every single time.

Can we just take a second for this gorgeous white dress? It is so delicate and pretty. I would totally wear this to a nice Sunday brunch or a daytime garden party if I actually got invited to those kinds of fancy things. I am always so scared to wear pure white because I am basically guaranteed to spill iced coffee on myself within the first hour of leaving my apartment. She must have magical powers to keep it so pristine.

Power Suits and The Classic Uniform

Nothing screams power quite like a woman in a perfectly tailored suit. I feel like we all need at least one power suit in our closets for those days when we need an extra boost of confidence. The heels just pull the whole boss energy together perfectly. I would love to wear a bright colored suit like this to a meeting just to see the reactions.

Just another day of looking effortlessly flawless while crossing the street. The way she styles her bags with her outfits always catches my eye!

This is literally my dream uniform. A crisp button down shirt and a good pair of blue jeans. It never goes out of style and it looks good on literally everyone. You can dress it up with some strappy heels for a date night or keep it super chill with clean white sneakers for running around the city. It is just classic American style at its absolute finest.

Seeing Red (The Ultimate Power Move)

Okay, seeing her in red is everything. It is such a powerful and intense color. This totally makes me think of the time I finally bit the bullet and bought a bright cherry red slip dress for my cousin’s wedding back home in New Mexico last year. I usually stick to black or navy because I am a total coward when it comes to standing out with bright colors. But I put this red dress on and honestly? I felt like the main character of a rom-com. I was getting compliments all night long and it completely changed my perspective on wearing bold tones. Natalie clearly already knows this secret because she completely owns this shade whenever she wears it.

Another stunning red moment because we just cannot get enough of it. The glamour here is off the charts. It is giving old Hollywood royalty in the best way possible. The way the fabric drapes and moves with her is just mesmerizing. It takes a lot of inner confidence to wear a dress this bold on a massive red carpet, but she handles it perfectly.

Winter Coats and Everyday Confidence

I love seeing her out with friends because it just makes her seem so normal and relatable. And her casual daytime style here is just spot on. Comfy shoes are an absolute must for city walking. There is nothing worse than wearing the wrong shoes and getting horrible blisters when you are just trying to have a fun day out with your girls.

A long black coat is probably the most important investment piece you can ever buy for your winter wardrobe. Look how it instantly elevates her whole look. You could literally be wearing old sweatpants and a stained t-shirt underneath and nobody would even know. It just makes everything look expensive and intentional.

It is the casual confidence for me. She always looks like she knows exactly who she is.

Finding Your Color Palette

Okay I am a total sucker for color analysis videos on TikTok right now. Finding out she is a Deep Autumn makes so much sense when you look at how amazing she looks in rich, warm tones like burgundy and forest green. It really makes you want to go figure out your own seasonal palette! I think I might be a True Winter but honestly it is so confusing to figure out on your own without a professional telling you.
