I didn’t mean for this to happen. It started with “maybe a deeper berry for fall” and suddenly I own ten different plum shades, my camera roll is 96 % hand pics next to red wine glasses, and my boyfriend just calls me “wine hands”. I’m not even mad.
Plum nails are dark purple’s sophisticated older sister who drinks red wine and always has the best advice. And I’m obsessed.
True story: I wore deep plum chrome nails to my office holiday party and my boss’s wife pulled me aside to whisper “those are the most elegant nails I’ve ever seen”.
