Looking for christmas party nails with a little extra sparkle? Red glitter tips, tiny Christmas trees and shiny gold finishes give you plenty to choose from.
There are simple sets here too, so you don’t have to cover every nail in holiday art.
You can keep things classic with red and white or try something different with icy blue. I especially love the little berry details.
Save your favorite to bring to your next nail appointment!
Christmas Nail Ideas Worth Saving
red glitter tips
We’re starting off strong with these gorgeous red glitter tips. I love the pale pink base and the narrow band of sparkle around each rounded end.
If you want a little glitter without an all-over sparkling set, ask for this French tip look.
shiny gold ovals
Don’t want to add patterns or little Christmas characters? No problem! Try this gold-colored chrome look with oval ends. The reflective finish is so pretty on its own that I’d leave off any extra decoration.
deep green shimmer
This green manicure may just be one of my favorites here. I love the brighter shimmer through the dark green and those tiny scattered light flecks.
Keep the same color across every nail if you want to follow this set. There’s already plenty to look at!
pearl-edged french tips
How pretty is this? The white French tips sit beside pink nails edged with little pearl-like beads.
Those larger beads near the points are my favorite detail.
Ask for the beaded accents on just a couple of nails to keep this same mix.
candy cane stripes
The candy cane fans are going to love this! Instead of plain white French tips, there are curved red-and-white stripes above a glossy pink base.
Keep the stripes just at the ends like these if you want plenty of pink still showing.
white glitter and snowflakes
I am obsessed with these snowflake nails. The large white flakes look so pretty over the pink base, especially beside the fully glittered white nails.
Don’t forget the little pointed details on the snowflakes if you’re bringing this picture to your nail appointment.
burgundy and gold edges
If you are looking for something dark with a little sparkle, this one is for you. Glossy burgundy nails sit beside nude accents with sweeping burgundy sections.
I love the uneven gold-colored flecks along those edges. Ask for those rather than a perfectly straight gold line to keep this look.
shimmery white polka dots
How cute are these little white dots? The sheer pink base has a reflective sheen, so this set isn’t quite as plain as it first looks.
Try the same scattered dots across almond-shaped nails for a simple party manicure.

colorful little trees
OMG, how adorable are these tiny Christmas trees? The red, pink and muted green designs look so sweet on the pale pink nails.
The surrounding red and green nails have little white dots too. Keep those if you want the full mix without putting a tree on every finger.
gold stars on silver shimmer
I love this silvery shimmer with the gold-colored starbursts. The short rounded nails have just one or two stars each, which gives you plenty of room to see the sparkling base.
This is a lovely option if you want a shorter set with a little decoration.
rows of tiny gems
If you are looking for lots of little details, then this one is for you. There are round, square and elongated gems arranged in loose lines over a glossy nude base.
I especially love the mix of gold-colored beads and reflective stones. Keep the base simple if you want to try a similar jeweled look.
red cat-eye shine
I am obsessed with this deep red cat-eye look. The bright red shimmer through the dark burgundy is absolutely gorgeous. With these long almond shapes, I’d skip the nail art and let that finish be the whole idea.
berries and white tips
This is actually one of my favorite French manicures on the list. The little green sprigs and red berries follow the edges of the white tips so beautifully.
Ask for a pale pink base and keep those tiny white accents among the leaves. They’re a lovely part of the design.
green tips and gold glitter
Can’t decide between French tips and an all-over color? This set gives you both.
There’s dark green, a fully glittered gold nail and pink nails with green tips.
The fine gold-colored borders and star detail bring in a little more sparkle. I’d keep those if you’re recreating this mix.
black dots on pink sparkle
Don’t want to stick to red and green? No problem there!
Try this pink sparkling base with little black polka dots. I love how clearly the dark spots show up against the shimmer.
pink tips and holiday doodles
How sweet is this pink Christmas set? There are candy canes, little trees, red bows and even a red checked pattern.
The pink French tips are such a cute addition. Save this one if you want several different designs rather than the same thing on every nail.
glossy red french tips
If you’re looking for something simple without glitter, go with these glossy red French tips over a pale pink base. The almond ends keep the tips nicely curved.
You could pair them with a red lip like the one here for another little touch of the same color.
red nails and festive plaid
This plaid manicure is so cute. The pale accent nails have crossing red and green stripes with fine sparkling lines between them.
Keep the surrounding nails bright red to follow this combination. I love that there are just two patterned nails in the middle.
icy blue snowflakes
Bring a little blue into your Christmas manicure with this shimmery set. I am in love with the silver-colored snowflakes and tiny white starbursts.
Some flakes sit partly along the edges rather than right in the middle. Ask for that placement if you want to keep this scattered look.
peppermint swirls and glitter
Last but definitely not least, we have these adorable peppermint nails. I love the red-and-white swirls beside the solid red glitter!
The swirls spread out from little meeting points on each accent nail. Keep a few nails fully red like these so you have a mix of candy patterns and sparkle.
