Looking for williamsburg christmas decor with lots of greenery and a little color? Think pineapple wreaths, red apples and orange slices tucked between branches.
These ideas include fruit-filled door decorations plus indoor looks with little trees, trailing ribbons and pretty candleholders.
You can keep it simple or go all out.
Christmas decorating ideas worth saving
fruit above the doorway
Who says all the decorating has to happen on the door? The pineapple sits right in the middle of this triangular arrangement, with red apples and yellow citrus filling out the sides.

Below it, a simple green wreath has oversized gold-colored bells. I’d keep that same mix of a colorful arrangement above and something quieter underneath.
plaid bows and magnolia leaves
I am obsessed with these red plaid and navy bows. The long ribbon tails look so pretty beside the green and brown magnolia leaves.
Little gold-colored deer sit above the garland.

Try the ribbon pairing on your own mantel, but keep greenery and dangling tails well clear of an active fireplace.
a little wreath on a sconce
How cute is this little wreath? The dark red bow hangs down the center of the narrow mirror, right between the candle-shaped lights.
There are pinecones and orange slices in the greenery below too. Borrow the small wreath idea for a wall mirror if you’d rather leave your light fixtures uncovered.
a tree in a blue-and-white pot
Don’t want to go overboard with ornaments? No problem! This little tree has glowing lights, a few pinecones and narrow burgundy ribbons.
The blue-and-white planter is my favorite part. Try a patterned pot you already have instead of hiding the base with a tree skirt.
oranges in a long tray
This is such a pretty way to bring fruit into your table decor. The oranges have little clove patterns, with pinecones, cinnamon sticks and star anise nestled into the greenery.
Choose a long, shallow tray if you want to follow this arrangement. Let a few green sprigs extend over the edges.
a red apple centerpiece
The apple fans are going to love this! Red apples form a little tree shape, with small green leaves filling the spaces between them.

I especially love the ring of broad leaves around the bottom. There’s plenty going on here without adding a bow.
a colorful fruit wreath
This wreath may just be one of my favorites here. I love the striped clove patterns on the oranges and the pale gray-green leaves between the darker branches.
Red berries, pears and pinecones fill out the rest. If you like lots of little details, save this one for a closer look.
pineapple and a holiday banner
Welcome everyone with this fruit wreath and a banner above the door. The pineapple fills the wreath’s center, with red apples and yellow pears arranged around it.
I love how the greenery stretches around the banner too. You could borrow just the wreath idea if your doorway has less space.

shells and striped feathers
Want something a little different from ribbons and ornaments? This arrangement mixes pale oyster shells and long striped feathers with red fruit and pinecones.
The shells are my favorite detail. Their pale interiors really stand out among all those green branches.
a rocking horse candleholder
How adorable is this rocking horse? The gold-colored candleholder sits on stacked books, with an unlit red taper above it and a vase of greenery behind.
Try a similar little display on a tray. I’d keep the candle unlit here or choose a flameless taper near the books and branches.
greenery beneath the chandelier
This is a lovely way to bring the decorating above your table. Green branches hang beneath the chandelier, with bright red berries scattered throughout.
I love the clear hanging drops peeking out above the greenery. If you try a similar look, keep decorations away from bulbs and follow your fixture’s safety guidance.
matching cabinet wreaths
These matching wreaths are just too cute. Each one hangs from a long burgundy ribbon, with a big bow and a small bell in the middle.
Try a pair on your glass-front cabinet doors. You can still see the pretty plates and teacups behind them.
fruit around a shutter
You don’t have to stick to a round wreath. This greenery runs across the top of the shutter and trails down one side, with red apples and yellow fruit tucked into it.
The long green ends are so pretty beside the black lantern. Keep that loose shape if you want to borrow this look.
pinecones in a gold-colored urn
If you’re looking for something without bright red fruit or ribbon, go with this little urn arrangement. Airy greenery, blue-gray berries and pinecones fill the gold-colored container.
The pale tapers beside it keep the colors simple. I’d choose flameless ones for a display this close to branches.
a wheat sunburst
Now this is a different kind of door decoration! Pale wheat fans out around green artichokes and dark red pomegranates, with little pinkish buds filling the gaps.
I love the long stalks extending below the center. Save this one if you’d rather skip evergreen branches altogether.
orange slices on a little tree
I am obsessed with this little tree. The orange slices and narrow rust-colored bows look so pretty between the pale flower clusters.
A basket covers the base, with tiny lights winding through the branches. Try this color combination if bright red isn’t your thing.
pomegranates and trailing ivy
Don’t want a big bow on your mantel? No problem there! This display pairs pomegranates with evergreen sprigs and long strands of ivy.
The dark tapers in gold-colored holders are gorgeous beside the fruit. Choose flameless candles for your version so the trailing greenery stays away from flames.
red apples around a green door
Last but definitely not least, we have this beautiful green doorway. I love the rows of red apples above the frame and the matching leafy arrangements on either side.
Long garlands run down to the porch while the door itself stays bare. You could shorten the greenery at the bottom to keep your own entrance clear.
